In addition to our customizable pasta dishes, we offer pasta specials, salads, appetizers, and non-pasta entrées. Nick Boccio, Principal of The Project Group, along with his team, brings you Italian food reimagined for the next generation. Founded in 2015, our restaurant embarked on a mission to recreate the beloved, simple cuisine of our childhood, while innovating Italian food for the next generation. Our vision was to develop an Italian dining experience centered around the customer's preferences rather than the traditional restaurant approach. At Aunt Jake’s, our core mission is to use high-quality, fresh ingredients daily to craft handmade pasta and sauces with a health-conscious approach. Customers can mix and match sauces and pasta shapes, creating a custom dish tailored to their tastes. Additionally, diners can choose to have their meals served individually or family-style. In keeping with our forward-thinking concept, we named our brand after a fictitious character, Aunt Jake. The name is intentionally gender-neutral, representing the idea of that special family member who is the “master of ceremonies” at gatherings. Just as our menu offers the freedom to choose what appeals to you, the name Aunt Jake embodies the spirit of inclusivity and personal choice.”
