Discover the art of pasta making at Aunt Jake’s Pasta Experience – an exciting new offering from your favorite neighborhood gem. Our dedicated instructors will guide you through the process of creating pasta shapes you’ve enjoyed but never made by hand.
After the class, treat yourself to a delicious three-course prix-fixe dinner included in the experience.

Reservations:
Reservations for the Pasta Experience are available 30 days in advance for parties of up to 5
guests exclusively on OpenTable. Dates are generally released on Monday’s after 9:00AM. For
larger parties greater than five please email pastaclass@auntjakesnyc.com. Walk-ins on a first
come, first served basis, but we strongly recommend booking a reservation for the Pasta
Experience.
1. What is included in the Pasta Making Experience?
The experience includes a hands-on pasta making class, followed by a three-course prix-fixe dinner.
2. How much does the experience cost?
The cost is $60 per person before tax and gratuity, which covers both the pasta instruction and the three-course dinner. A $10 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
3. Are beverages included in the price?
Beverages are not included in the price, but they are available for purchase during dinner. We have a full bar and wine selection, we do not support BYOB.
4. How long does the experience last?
The entire experience lasts approximately two and a half to three hours.
5. Can I make a reservation for the Pasta Making Experience online?
Yes, for the best booking experience, we recommend using the OpenTable mobile app. Parties of Five or more please email pastaclass@auntjakesnyc.com.
6. Is the $10 deposit refundable?
No, the $10 per person deposit is non-refundable.
7. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
8. Can I book a private pasta making class for a group?
Yes, we offer private classes for groups. Please contact us directly for more information and to make arrangements at events@auntjakesnyc.com.
9. What should I wear to the pasta making class?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, as you will be working in a kitchen environment. We will provide an apron for your use.
10. Is there an age limit for the Pasta Making Experience?
Participants must be at least 12 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
11. Do I need any prior cooking experience?
No prior cooking experience is necessary. Our instructors will guide you through each step of the process.
12. Can I take the pasta I make home?
The pasta you make will not be a part of the three-course dinner. You will be able to take your creations and any leftovers home!
13. How far in advance should I book the experience?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
14. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our best to accommodate changes.
